ROLE OVERVIEW
The Partnerships team is responsible for building a global, best in class, partner ecosystem that makes our customers successful, enriches our product offering, and supports the company’s mission of accelerating professional mastery.
We are hiring an operations manager to activate, operationalize, and manage strategic partner relationships - owning the journey from contract signature to full-scale execution. This role will focus on onboarding newly signed partners, driving enablement, coordinating joint solution development, and ensuring commercial activation across the partner lifecycle.
You will be the connective tissue between Harvey and the partner’s delivery, technical, and sales organizations to ensure the partnership delivers results.
