Why This Role Is Right for You As a Sales Support Specialist / Partner Operations Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Kielce. Together, we work on ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes, supporting business partners and sales teams across the organization. Fixed-term employment contract About Your Future Role In this position, you will: * Entering and processing sales contracts and contract addenda in the CRM system * Ensuring proper circulation of sales documentation (both electronic and paper-based) * Approving documents and assigning appropriate statuses during the execution process, including registering workflow stages on dedicated analytical platforms * Archiving completed documentation (sales contracts and addenda) * Ongoing monitoring of task progress and ensuring continuity of supported processes * Cooperating and maintaining contact with clients, sales representatives, service technicians, and business partners within the scope of assigned responsibilities * Supporting and overseeing projects delegated by the direct supervisor * Performing other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or a designated representative   What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
