* Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane OR Melbourne CBD location/ hybrid work from home  * Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders * Permanent full-Time role Purpose of the Role: Suncorp’s Partner Performance team manages over 60 contracted personal injury providers (including rehabilitation, medico-legal, imaging, exercise physiology, psychology and specialist providers), servicing eight CTP and Workers Compensation schemes nationally. The team works with the Claims teams to optimise provider performance and deliver the best possible outcomes for injured people in the various schemes. These providers operate within a highly regulated environment and are managed within Suncorp’s procurement, risk and provider management frameworks. Governance activities are required to manage these contracts in accordance with these frameworks.  The core task is ongoing management of the cohort of contracted providers assigned to the role, aligned to the scope of the Partner Performance team. This includes end-to-end responsibility for contract management of the providers assigned to the role, which are subject to change in order to meet evolving business needs. The role requires strong governance, engagement and relationship management skills with an attention to detail and ability to analyse and document performance data. Key stakeholders are the eight personal injury schemes, internal functions (including Risk, Compliance and Security Assurance) and external contracted providers. Familiarity with personal injury claims management and/or a background in allied health is an advantage.  Key Accountabilities (but not limited to): * Ongoing engagement and stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and improve performance * Conducting regular performance meetings with contracted providers including the preparation of meeting packs, documentation of activities and the promotion of productive collaboration with providers * Management of contract establishment, changes and renewals in collaboration with Procurement and Risk * Completion of risk artifacts through Suncorp’s Ariba Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform * Management of provider adherence to EPSS (data security) requirements.   What you'll bring: * Minimum 3 years appropriate industry experience in insurance, financial services, provider management or allied health * Experience in stakeholder and contract management an advantage * Experience in governance, risk, compliance or quality roles an advantage  * Experience with personal injury claims management and use of providers an advantage * Ability to be proactive and work autonomously within a diverse working environment.   What You’ll Enjoy: Access our award-winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
