Description SUMMARY: The Partner Program Administrator is responsible for performing administrative duties essential to the proper servicing of clients and Partners. Duties include data entry, generating of Power of Attorneys and recontracts along with other paperwork. This position requires the safe handling of sensitive client information as well as, the ability to handle stressful client related situations and provide pragmatic solutions that meet both client, Partner and company objectives. AP Program Administrators are required to work with both affiliate partners and with clients who are assigned to affiliate partners and are required to understand basic tax and tax resolution concepts, internal procedures, and case progression principles. Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Accurate data entry of sensitive client and Partner information. · Represent the organization with a positive, professional attitude and appearance in all activities and communications. · Handling inbound customer service phone calls and emails. · Work with clients and affiliate partners to identify and resolve case issues. · Work with affiliate partners regarding case assignment and client contact. · Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and regulations. · Maintain quality through execution of various oversight programs. · Perform several clerical and secretarial duties such as type, print or copy documents and reports. · Perform other tasks as assigned as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · High School degree, or equivalent, required. Higher degree preferred · Proficiency with the MS Office Applications · 1+ year data entry experience · Client facing resolution case management experience preferred SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite · Must be able to think and solve problems independently · Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, extremely organized, efficient and self-motivated.
