YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Based in Copenhagen.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Program management, potentially leading a channel program or part of a channel program – now looking for your first big international channel role.
  • Proven track record of driving successful partnership strategies and execution in the tech or operational technology industry.
  • Familiarity with the IT Security market, IoT, or OT is a plus, but not required.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. Experience with data visualization is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while always delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As our new Partner Program Manager, you will manage and develop our new partner program, constantly evolving the benefits for partners in a way that helps us build an industry leading ecosystem. This involves constant monitoring industry trends and best practices, seeking input from new and existing partners to help Secomea maintain the best partner program in the industry. You will work closely with vendors providing our Partner Relationship Platform, industry analysts and our internal customers – from product management, marketing, finance to our sales team who will benefit from a leading program. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong processes and great programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the Secomea Synergy Partner program and go-to-market tactics associated to the program.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, ensure adoption and utilization of key processes related to the program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner needs and optimize synergies and business processes.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and areas for expansion – ensuring a strong value exchange to constantly evolve the ecosystem.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the channel landscape.
