Movera are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to join their Partnerships and Growth Team. In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships and expanding our business. You’ll work closely with our Relationship Director to:

This role can be based out of our Stockport, Leeds or London office on a hybrid basis, with willingness to travel frequently for face to face partner visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account Management and Governance: Maintain accurate Key Account Management plans with a focus on activity that strengthens relationships and maximises opportunities to collaborate and grow.
  • Contract Management: Maintain accurate records against key contractual requirements and performance metrics including pricing, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Change Management: Working with internal teams, coordinate partner-driven change efficiently, to agreed timescales and within budget.
  • Audit Oversight: Manage internal due diligence and partner audits to ensure smooth processes and completion of all outputs within agreed timescales.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner interactions and escalations. Including being responsible for organising, co-ordinating and hosting regular review sessions and face to face visits with both partners and internal teams
  • Reporting: Produce timely and accurate partner management information and commentary, collaborating with Data and IT teams for efficient, accurate and timely reporting.
