We are looking for a seasoned Partner Sales Director with a passion for innovation and experience coaching partner development managers and partner executives to success. This highly motivated individual will bring a disciplined sales management approach while strengthening our relationships both with Blackbaud Partners as well as with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in creating and delivering customer value by matching Partners’ capabilities and solutions to customer needs identified by field sales reps and their teams. Strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills will be key assets as you translate partner profitability into Blackbaud business impact.
This role will be responsible for coaching a team of Partner Development Managers to establish and execute end-to-end business plans with our top partners while building support internally to fuel stronger partner engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Coach a team to build and execute partner business plans focused on short- and long-term goals to impact revenue while driving partner profitability
  • Lead best practices to execute co-sell engagement to achieve short-term objectives from booked revenue to retention
  • Have a broad understanding of the Blackbaud solution portfolio, and align partner capabilities and solutions that will delight Blackbaud customers
  • Evangelize partner solutions and capability across the sales organization, clearly articulating the partner value proposition while fostering proactive engagement with field sellers
  • Influence executive partner relationships as a trusted advisor with empathy and authentic care
  • Drive operational excellence through quarterly business reviews and other ROBs to track progress against goals and commitments; collaborate for revenue and scorecard impact
  • Establish territory sales plans and drive monthly pipeline reviews to ensure success
  • Measure and manage partners’ success to maximize win-win results and strategic investments
  • Review and assess the technology industry and landscape regularly, looking for key trends, shifts in market leadership, and new disruptive cloud technologies
