Client Relationships Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients Manage the day-to-day sales and account responsibilities Understand client needs as it relates to their business strategy and digital landscape Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post-sale Develop a strategy for long-term success across your portfolio of clients & prospects Account Management Work with internal teams to slign technical resources for client engagements Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives to ensure a smooth sales to delivery transition Take part in management reviews of the performance metrics of the account relationship and business initiatives Oversee all aspects of the direct sales organization to drive sales performance and provide day to day leadership and management to achieve sales goals Collaboration Work closely with the internal team to deliver premium service to clients Communicate with MuleSoft/Salesforce and Apisero account teams to deliver customer projects Provide visibility to MuleSoft/Salesforce stakeholders to drive MuleSoft expansion opportunities Identify opportunities for expansion of Apisero services within the existing client base within the region Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or related area Demonstrated experience managing client relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions Natural relationship builder Interested in the Technology industry Energetic Excellent interpersonal skills Sharp attention to detail Motivated/Self starter
