We’re a rapidly growing SaaS, so we’re always on the lookout At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Partner Sales Manager DACH to act as the point of contact, increase partner knowledge, and proactively train partners regarding Sana Commerce products, services, resources, and differentiators. Job Description What you'll be doing: Grow your partner account base on proactive recruitment in targeted channels; Qualify opportunities gained through our partner network prior to transitioning to your regional sales team; Generate a partner-driven pipeline through proactive prospecting with partners’ customer-facing reps; Act as a liaison between our sales teams and partners to help build working relationships, which will result in an increase in our bookings, numbers, meetings and/or exceeding territory goals; Lead partner marketing efforts for marketing and co-marketing opportunities (lunch-n-learns, seminars, webinars, campaigns, trade shows) with partners; Provide clear and organized reporting on your active partners and target partners. Qualifications What you'll bring: 5 years of experience in partner sales, indirect sales or channel roles across SaaS and/or B2B industries; Near-native in German and professional proficiency on English. Experience working within the Microsoft and/or SAP ecosystem is a strong plus. Strong track record of building, enabling, and scaling partnerships with consultancies and digital agencies. Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partners and the ability to replicate that succes. Skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels, both internally and externally Strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive, and self-driven approach. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days per week in the Dubai office). Responsibilities
