Channel Account Manager– Copiers – REMOTE ( Mid-West)
A leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets is in search of a Channel Account Manager for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise and experience in developing strategies with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
This full-time position is Virtual/Remote with an expected annual salary range of $70,000-104,000. The role is eligible for commission under a 65/35 split plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is REQUIRED
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience with copier sales / A3 market is required
  • Preference for B2B retail sales and/or customer face-to-face experience in copier dealer or manufacturer settings
  • CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification
  • 5+ years in sales/sales support and industry-related experience
  • Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:

Responsibilities
  • Create sales strategies with key decision-makers in the dealer sales channel and end users
  • Serve as the primary contact for company representatives and assigned dealers/offices to foster strong business relationships
  • Effectively communicate with high-level customers, such as CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting sales strategies, ROI, and technical analyses
  • Assist dealer sales channel and end users with technical expertise for hardware and software solutions
  • Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, and provide channel support
  • Conduct sales calls, proposal development, and support retail sales channel activities
  • Coordinate product launches and equipment/software updates with dealer sales channel
  • Manage events/tradeshows coordination
  • Resolve routine issues following company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of company products and services
