WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, commercially sharp, and thrives in a high-trust, high-impact environment. You’ll likely have:

  • Proven experience in partner/channel sales, ideally within energy, sustainability, or professional services
  • A track record of selling complex B2B services and securing high-value deals
  • Familiarity with key sectors such as facilities management, procurement consultancies, or trade associations
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
  • A curious, confident, and driven mindset - someone who enjoys opening doors and creating opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the bridge between Consultus and a network of partners who trust us to deliver energy and sustainability solutions to their clients. This means:

  • Building and deepening relationships with key partners (think: facilities management, procurement consultants, membership bodies, franchisors, and more)
  • Identifying and securing new partner organisations aligned with our growth strategy
  • Selling Consultus services through partner networks - from utilities procurement and green energy sourcing to invoice validation and net zero consultancy
  • Leading the full sales lifecycle: from initial engagement and proposal creation to scope definition and deal closure
  • Collaborating across marketing, operations, and consultancy teams to deliver a seamless partner and client experience
  • Maintaining a strong, proactive pipeline of opportunities
