• Strategic and economic responsibility for a consulting area in the SAP S/4HANA Finance environment.
• Leading and developing a team of experienced SAP consultants and managers
• Expansion of the consulting portfolio around SAP Finance, SAP FI, ​​FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance
• Support for complex SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation and migration projects
• Advising clients on the further development of their finance processes and SAP system landscapes
• Professional responsibility for topics such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cash management and reporting.
• Development of new consulting services related to finance transformation, digitalization, tax, accounting and reporting.
• Expansion of existing customer relationships at the management and decision-making level
• Identifying and acquiring new customers, projects, and business opportunities
• Responsibility for business development, account development and the economic development of one's own area.
• Participation in challenging technical issues and selected customer projects
• Building, developing and retaining a high-performing SAP consulting team
• Positioning as a technical contact person for SAP Finance and S/4HANA transformation

Your profile

• Extensive experience in SAP consulting, ideally at least 10 years
• Focus on SAP Finance, SAP FI, ​​SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Extensive experience in complex SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects
• Experience in a senior position within a management consultancy or SAP consultancy
• Current or previous position, for example as Partner, Director, Principal, Practice Lead, Head of SAP Finance, Senior Manager, Managing Consultant or similar
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Finance processes and relevant modules
• Experience in areas such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, Reporting or related finance topics
• Experience in leading and developing consulting or project teams
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management or customer development
• Confident interaction with decision-makers and management stakeholders on the client side
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an understanding of sales, margin, capacity utilization and economic management of a consulting area.
• Willingness to remain technically close to SAP S/4HANA and customer projects despite leadership and business responsibilities.
• Completed studies, for example in economics, business informatics, finance, controlling or a comparable field
