Job Description Job Responsibilities Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls solving vendor issues. Must have problem-solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task. Managing live chat maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minutes. Able to follow order processing system from the back end. Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts. Qualifications You have successfully completed HSC/A levels Good typing skills. Strong in communications skills. We are dynamic, you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
