Description

Business Impact Proactively manages business and technical risks, adapts methodology and applies governance principles to identify, communicate, and minimize business and technical risks. Actively listens to and supports partners, building trust to then advocate for alternative architectures/solutions/approaches that shape and/or enhance customer requirements. Identifies, and evaluates industry trends, gathers partner insights (e.g., feedback around technical preferences, environments, business needs, competitive landscape), and maps existing architecture and digital transformation solutions to partner business outcomes. Provides assistance with partner and sales teams to bring clarity to specific opportunities through proof of concept and technical pre-sales support. Advises the partner throughout initial strategic customer implementations. Builds technical depth in solution areas and breadth across priorities (e.g., security, resilience, AI). Actively pursues upskilling and accreditations based on market demand and role models technical excellence. Influences Through Expertise: Shares insights and proven practices with partners, peers, educating on technical and non-technical concepts to foster a culture of learning and coaching. Community Engagement: Contributes to internal technical communities and cross-team collaboration, sharing ideas and strategic input to grow organisational impact. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting OR equivalent experience Proven ability to influence and engage senior technical and business leaders at partner organisations, driving alignment on architecture and strategic priorities Strong understanding of business drivers, industry trends, and financial considerations behind cloud adoption and AI transformation Expertise in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement, ideally in large-scale or global engagements 8-12+ years in technology IP solutions or services development, with deep understanding of digital transformation business models and partner economics Experience in executive-level presentations, business case development, and joint go-to-market planning Technical certifications in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud

Responsibilities
