Job Overview: TechX is looking for an AWS Technical Partner Engagement, aka AWS Partner Solution Architect who will enable a transformational journey for customers by designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions on AWS and to lead AWS partnership strategy, oversee enablement and competency development, manage partner governance, and drive marketplace expansion aligned with TechX’s cloud business objectives. Key Responsibilities: AWS Solution Architect Engage with stakeholders to define and execute Enterprise cloud migration strategies with a focus on AWS. Assess migration feasibility, identify dependencies, and overcome obstacles to ensure successful cloud migration. Work with development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams to identify repeatable patterns and architectures for cloud migration. Design architecture and roadmaps for modernizing infrastructure to native AWS services. Join implementation teams to directly deploy migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to AWS. AWS Technical Partner Collaborate on the end-to-end AWS relationship, including partnership tier maintenance, growth, and strategic planning; define annual and quarterly partnership goals Represent TechX in AWS ecosystem meetings, reviews, and partner summits to identify technical and new business opportunities Deliver or co-deliver AWS enablement sessions across teams (SA, sales, delivery, and pre-sales), PCCOE & TTT program with AWS support Oversee weekly and monthly reporting across technical engagements, consolidate technical reports into executive summaries for management and AWS alignment calls. Manage technical solution listings and updates on AWS Marketplace for TechX Solutions to support compliance with AWS teams Ensure AWS Operations set up in billing and partner central Key Requirements: Proven experience in designing/implementing/consulting on distributed systems with hands-on experience in cloud migration projects. Broad expertise across Enterprise IT in areas such as Infrastructure Architecture, Database Architecture, IP Networking, IT Security, and Data Center Operations. Deep knowledge of private and public cloud computing technologies (especially AWS) and architectural best practices. Strong technical acumen with the ability to align customer IT landscapes with business objectives while overcoming technical challenges. Experience in working directly with AWS partner programs, partner tiers, or cloud ecosystem partnerships Demonstrated experience preparing and consolidating technical engagement reports and executive summaries for leadership and partner alignment meetings. Excellent presentation and written communication skills; ability to create executive-level summaries, technical enablement materials, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications Experience architecting complex systems leveraging AWS services in multi-vendor environments. Hands-on experience with networking and database technologies. Familiarity with discovery and migration toolkits. Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Solutions Architect Professional are highly preferred. Knowledge of modern software development techniques like DevOps, CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub), container orchestration systems (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native application architecture is a plus. Experience designing and delivering training sessions, enablement materials, playbooks, and certification/internal accreditation programs for internal teams and partners. Proven program/operations management skills: ability to run recurring reporting, consolidate technical updates, and ensure timely actions.
