About the Role Based in our Argentina office, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor for AppsFlyer’s global partners. You’ll guide them through implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting processes—empowering them to unlock the full potential of our platform. What You’ll Do Provide technical consultation and support during partner integrations, updates, and troubleshooting Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Analytics teams to resolve complex technical issues Guide ad networks, agencies, and marketing tech partners on best practices using AppsFlyer’s platform Support new partners in learning and leveraging our full product suite Take ownership of specific technical domains to enhance the team’s collective expertise What You Have 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Support Engineer in a mobile/SaaS/adtech company Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Experience with SQL and client-server architecture Self-motivated learner with a passion for providing best-in-class service Bonus Points: Experience with the AppsFlyer platform Familiarity with enterprise marketing cloud and technology partners Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Looker, or Jira Introduced by an AppsFlyer team member Provide continuous feedback to product teams to help shape the roadmap Why Join Us?
