Overview The AI Business Solutions Team for AI Business Solutions in Germany/DACH works with Top Partners to help SMB customers leverage Cloud & AI for their Workforce & Business Productivity solutions. As a Partner Solution Sales Specialist in AI Business Solutions, you will identify growth opportunities, orchestrate partners and their offerings and maximize the benefit to customers, partners and Microsoft. Responsibilities You develop and help partner(s) develop relationships with internal stakeholders who facilitate external stakeholder connections, and collaborate with stakeholders as part of the account team to investigate selling opportunities. You encourage and support partners in offering solution sales pitches that satisfy customer's key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify the right partner solution for customer and industry needs. You align internal account strategy with account planning team to ensure initiative execution, and facilitate connection with industry subject matter expert and partner. You determine how increased industry knowledge will benefit the partner's engagements, and ensure that competitive analysis is done and that partner understands the competitive differentiators across partner offerings. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Informatics), Business/Economics (Sales), or related field AND demonstrable years of experience in information technology (IT)-related industry sales, the partner channel sales and professional coaching/mentoring OR equivalent experience. Understanding of Productivity & Business Applications Solution from Microsoft and, ideally, key competitors Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Informatics), Business/Economics (Sales), OR related field AND strong years of experience in information technology (IT)-related industry sales, the partner channel sales and professional coaching/mentoring OR equivalent experience. Workload Fundamental Certification. Demonstrable years of complex consultative or solutions selling experience.
