Requirements:

  • Build and maintain brand awareness of assigned partner(s) within WWT community, including but not limited to content creation of partner portal access, quote to cash process, deal registration and renewals.
  • Proactively identifies and implement actions to achieve efficiencies in our daily processes and troubleshoots issues raised by Sales Operations.
  • Defines the framework, manages and reports the progress and completion of Technology Partners sales, marketing and technical certification requirements to retain and advance the relationship and maximize financial incentives.
  • Managing WWT employee access to partner portals – provisioning, updating and removing where necessary to ensure confidential information is protected.
  • Reviewing and updating partner points of contact, status and route to market information for our key partners in EMEA.
  • Manage the full enablement lifecycle of onboarding new partners for WWT across EMEA, working closely with WWT sales and legal teams.
  • Support the development and growth of the Global Partner Support team in EMEA by assisting with prospective and approved partner queries via the Salesforce Case Management tool.
  • Understand and assist with tracking, claiming and reporting on EMEA partner incentives including rebates and marketing development funds (MDF).
  • Contribute and be accountable for the EMEA Partner Alliances team annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
