Description

As a Partner Success Agent at Miinto, you will build long term partnerships and drive business growth for our Luxury & Contemporary Partners by joining our amazing team in the Milan office.
You will collaborate with Miinto top tier Partners to drive their success through developing a customised growth strategy in order to maximise sales, increase high-demand stock level and optimise profitability on the long term.
You will support our Luxury & Contemporary Partners in navigating the Miinto ecosystem to fulfill their business needs while achieving Miinto company targets at the same time.
In joining our team as a Partner Success Agent, you will also secure strong implementation and buy-in on new initiatives and new project roll-outs, acting as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory on how to improve our top tier Partners’ performance on Miinto via related assortment optimization strategies, tailored analysis on stock development, new market opportunities and seasonal markdowns strategy;
  • Periodically monitoring status of Miinto Performance KPIs, e.g: pNPS, stock core, return rate, GMV and GMV growth, discount share and stock exposure per market;
  • Campaign Participation: ensure participation to promotional activities and negotiate commercial conditions with top tier Partners to grant the success of Miinto campaigns;
  • Provide prompt local language support related to feed & integration issues and liaise internally with onboarding, integrations and partner solutions teams;
  • Provide consultation on accounting/finance-related requests: e.g profit calculation, financial reports overview and invoicing related queries;
  • Handle negotiations related to terms and conditions updates, including churns negotiations, contracts terminations management and win-back of top tier Partners;
  • Be the main point of contact for Miinto Partners and handle incoming inquiries using the following channels: chat, mail, video and phone calls.
