Location Requirement Candidates must be located in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, or India. This role is remote, but applicants must have the legal right to work in one of these locations. Role Details Engagement type: Full-time (contract basis) Location: Remote (within South East Asia / South Asia) Compensation: Paid position; rate depends on experience and location Role Overview As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of strategic partners across the South East Asia and South Asia markets. Your mission is to activate, scale, and retain partners ensuring they not only integrate our solutions, but successfully monetize and operationalize them within their ecosystem. This is a hybrid role across strategy, operations, and revenue enablement - not a traditional account management position. What You’ll Do Partner Activation (Time-to-Value) Lead onboarding processes and ensure fast, successful partner go-lives Drive integration, internal enablement, and initial use cases Reduce time-to-first-value (TTFV) and remove early-stage friction Adoption & Operationalization Ensure partners actively use and distribute our solutions Embed our products into partner workflows, sales motions, and support processes Work cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Sales) to resolve blockers Growth & Revenue Expansion Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities Increase attach rates and partner-driven MRR Build and execute joint growth plans tailored to each partner Retention & Expansion Monitor partner health, engagement, and performance Proactively mitigate churn risks and drive long-term value Expand footprint within partner organizations (new teams, use cases) Partner Enablement & GTM Execution Support go-to-market initiatives (campaigns, launches, promotions) Enable partner sales teams with positioning, messaging, and playbooks Act as the voice of the partner internally, bringing regional insights What Success Looks Like Partners are activated quickly and successfully Strong and consistent product adoption across partner base Growth in partner-driven revenue (MRR and attach rate) High retention and expansion within partner accounts Strong partner satisfaction and engagement What You Bring Experience 3–6+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management in SaaS, Hosting, Cloud, or Infrastructure Experience working with partners in South East Asia / South Asia or within these markets Experience with HSPs, MSPs, or channel-based business models Proven track record of driving partner growth and retention Skills Strong commercial mindset (revenue, expansion, growth) Ability to operationalize partnerships (beyond relationship management) Ability to build and execute Go-To-Market plans with partners Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams Data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization Ability to navigate cultural and business nuances in SEA / South Asia Fluent in at least one relevant local language (business level required) Fluent in English Why Join Us Direct impact on revenue growth and partner ecosystem Opportunity to build and scale partnerships in high-growth markets Shape a world-class Partner Success function from the ground up Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment We are striving to create a diverse and inclusive environment.
