KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through daily interactions
  • Provide technical support across Data connectivity, VoIP, and Mobile telephony
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate where necessary
  • Represent the Partner Operations Help Desks with confidence and care
