POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re scaling our team with a Partner Support Representative who goes beyond ticket resolution—someone eager to help partners succeed through technical insight, proactive support, and a strategic digital mindset.
This role is ideal if you enjoy helping partners grow, understand website infrastructure and monetization tools, and have a solid digital marketing background. You’ll manage integrations, improve website performance, and collaborate closely with Partner Success and Product & Engineering teams, identifying growth opportunities and proactively addressing implementation gaps.
