Partner, Talent Acquisition – Los Angeles or New York City
The New York Post — one of America’s most iconic media brands — is expanding to the West Coast. As we launch The California Post, our newest editorial initiative, we’re looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead key hiring efforts with a primary focus on building out our Los Angeles-based teams — while also supporting broader staffing needs across the organization as needed.
This high-impact role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders across editorial, video, business, creative, and operations. You’ll help define hiring plans, drive full-cycle recruiting, and build best-in-class pipelines — all while delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
This is a fast-moving, high-impact role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys building talent functions in real-time, and has a passion for recruiting top-tier talent in media, entertainment and publishing.

Note: The New York Post adheres to a hybrid work model. This LA or NYC based role will be expected to report into the office at least 1-2 days per week (subject to change depending on business needs).

Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,00
