WHAT YOU WILL BRING

We’re looking for a passionate technologist and enablement professional who thrives in partner-centric environments and can blend deep technical understanding with data-driven program design.

• 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or cloud-native consulting—preferably in a partner/channel ecosystem.
• Prior experience building or delivering technical certifications, hands-on labs, or partner accreditation programs.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices architectures.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how Nutanix integrates with hybrid/multicloud infrastructure.
• Experience delivering technical content to partner audiences across varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics (e.g., completion rates, readiness assessments, certification tracking) to improve enablement programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills—comfortable delivering live or recorded content and leading partner-facing sessions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partner teams.
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, partner portals, and enablement measurement tools.
