YOUR EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET:

  • Partnership Expertise: You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B partnerships within the payments or financial services space. You have a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals with C-suite and senior-level partners.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of another European language is beneficial.
  • Exceptional Relationship Skills: You’re a natural at building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You’re a great team player who can work cross-functionally and has a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: You are driven by results and have a strong capacity for innovation. You have excellent negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills that allow you to work independently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by developing partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, FinTechs, Consultancy partners, System integrators / Referral agencies, and eCommerce shopping cart platforms (e.g. Magento, etc.).
  • Building and executing go-to-market strategies to optimize partner collaboration, merchant acquisition, brand awareness, and education to ensure Unlimit is the partner of choice.
  • Become an expert on Unlimit’s product offering and capabilities, solution and customer orientated, and feedback on new opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Be agile, moving quickly to build a world-class ecosystem of commercial partnerships to advance Unlimit drive transaction processing volume.
  • Build a local partnership strategy plan, identify strategic partners to secure commercial agreements with, build long-term account plans with strategic partners, and deliver sustainable growth.
  • Focus on the continuous improvement of partner experience, and improve processes for partners, their merchants and Unlimit.
  • Lead and attend partner customer industry events, and other in-person meetings to build strong relationships to become the partner of choice in the region.
