The area of ​​responsibility

• End-to-end mandate:  Independent handling of demanding search and placement mandates at specialist and management levels.
• Creative sourcing:  Finding and winning top talent through unconventional methods and with new approaches.
• Interviews & Assessments:  Conducting qualified interviews and providing a sound assessment of character and potential.
• Consultative Recruiting:  Partnership-based, convincing support for clients and candidates until successful completion.

Your profile (industry experience is secondary)
