WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes” role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.
The Partnership Account Development Specialist serves as a key member of the Strategic Partnerships and Virtual Growth (SP&VG) team, driving the development of new and innovative business relationships. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and cultivating opportunities with external partners to expand organizational reach and impact. By applying independent judgment and strategic decision-making, the Specialist ensures alignment between partner needs and our care model, advancing long-term growth and collaboration initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM & Pipeline Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM use within the SP&VG team, ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic partner data management. Analyze CRM data to evaluate pipeline health, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve conversion and engagement. Design and implement best practices for data integrity, partner segmentation, and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and qualify prospective partner organizations, exercising discretion in assessing alignment with organizational strategy. Lead consultative conversations with potential partners to understand objectives, provide expertise on our care model, and propose tailored partnership approaches Influence decision-making by presenting compelling business cases to external stakeholders and internal leadership.
Relationship & Account Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with prospective and active partners, serving as a trusted advisor and primary liaison. Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth transitions from initial engagement to active referral and partnership activity. Capture and communicate partner insights to inform strategy, improve services, and strengthen partner satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Admissions, Clinical, and other internal teams to align partnership activities with organizational campaigns and initiatives. Contribute to the design of outreach strategies, campaigns, and events that increase lead generation and community engagement. Provide input to leadership on partnership priorities and market opportunities based on data and frontline interactions.
