Description

The Partnership Coordinator is more than just a relationship manager. this role is about building bridges that allow our girls to dream bigger. You will help us connect with companies, community leaders, and philanthropic partners who share our vision for equity and empowerment. By cultivating these partnerships, you’ll directly support programs that change the lives of the next generation of leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Relationships That Matter
  • Identify and connect with organizations and individuals who want to invest in under supported youth
  • Develop proposals, pitches, and partnership opportunities that highlight the impact of supporting EmpowHERto.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their contributions are valued, celebrated, and aligned with our mission.
  • Fuel Programs & Events
  • Work with program staff to understand needs and create opportunities for partners to support workshops, events, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate sponsor activations and ensure partners are represented meaningfully in our events, including the annual HealHER Conference.
  • Capture and report back the impact of each partnership, showing partners the change they helped make possible.
  • Support Growth & Sustainability
  • Keep detailed records of partnership activity and agreements to ensure follow-through.
  • Assist with fundraising campaigns, grant applications, and donor communications.
  • Share creative ideas to strengthen our community presence and bring new resources into EmpowHERto.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, corporate relations, or nonprofit development (volunteer or internship experience welcome).
  • Preferably a student
  • Strong communication skills, you know how to tell a story that inspires action.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
  • Passion for youth empowerment, equity, and creating opportunities for girls who are often left out of the conversation.
  • A collaborator who enjoys building relationships and connecting communities.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Pay: $22.50-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5S 2R
