POSITION SUMMARY
elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies and is committed to helping our clientele close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health struggles.
We are rapidly growing and are looking for a Partnership Development Executive who will drive our client acquisition and fuel our growth, working closely with our CEO. Youll lead the charge in the sales process, spotting opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping to scale our impact. QUALIFICATIONS:
- C2 level proficiency in English.
- Hight Attention to detail.
- Business Acumen.
- Multitask and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
- Hungry for growth and success.
- Very organized and embracing ClickUp and PM work.
- Not client-facing per-se i.e not pitching and no sales skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Overall goal is to help accelerate our client acquisition and growth.
- This will be accomplished by monitoring our CEO’s email + LinkedIn and replying as needed to advance deals as quickly and effectively as humanly possible (plus adding AI!)
- Participation on all elev8’s sales calls with our CEO (to learn mainly) but also help with note taking, updating CRM record from A-Z, FU on next steps in sales process whether that adding to special sequence or sending emails per templates/snippets created, sending agreements, NDAs, questionnaires, etc.
- Relying quickly and professional to any correspondence to land deals + give our prospective clients & partners a world-class experience and great first impression(s) of elev8 before signing.
- Help facilitate sales & marketing collateral as per ClickUp plan and support with Sales & Marketing Ops to get things/campaigns launched per ‘Smarketing strategy’ under our CEO’s instructions.
