ABOUT THE ROLE:
Sussex Estates and Facilities LLP (SEF) is a unique joint venture between the University of Sussex and OCS Group, delivering comprehensive facilities management services across a diverse and historic estate. With a base fee of approximately £15 million per annum and additional revenue opportunities, SEF is a significant enterprise supporting the University’s academic and residential infrastructure.

This role is pivotal in ensuring service excellence, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement, while also acting as Chief Executive of the LLP and a key member of the University’s Estates senior management team.
