Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Sussex Estates and Facilities LLP (SEF) is a unique joint venture between the University of Sussex and OCS Group, delivering comprehensive facilities management services across a diverse and historic estate. With a base fee of approximately £15 million per annum and additional revenue opportunities, SEF is a significant enterprise supporting the University’s academic and residential infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Facilities Management to lead the operational and strategic delivery of FM services across the University’s 95-hectare campus, encompassing nearly 200 buildings, including listed architectural landmarks and modern residential developments.
