GETTING TO KNOW AJAIB

We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia’s 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager that experience in scaling growth initiatives in fintech or consumer tech. This role will lead AJAIB’s 0-to-1 partnership program, owning strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment to build Indonesia’s Robinhood-like acquisition engine.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in growth marketing, partnership, or affiliate roles preferably in the fintech industry.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesia’s investment regulations and partner ecosystems would be preferred.
• Strong community-building and process-development skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Support broader Product Marketing projects as needed
• Develop a deep understanding of AJAIB’s investment products (stocks, mutual funds, crypto)
