Key Responsibilities : School & Educational Partnership Development Identify and approach new high schools, SMKs, and SMP feeder schools. Build pipelines for scholarship talent and technical education. Manage MoU creation and partnership activation. Government & Institutional Relations Liaise with local education offices, social services, village governments, and community leaders. Represent the foundation in institutional meetings/events. Networking for Social Impact and New Opportunities Explore potential programs related to logistics, maritime education, and community empowerment. Identify collaboration with NGOs, training providers, universities, and CSR alliances. Relationship Management Maintain a partnership database. Conduct regular relationship follow-ups and communication. Support Program Execution Provide leads and institutional connections for program manager. Assist in school visits, beneficiary identification, and community assessments. Brand & Culture Advocacy Communicate foundation values and brand identity to partners. Ensure all partnerships reflect foundation positioning Candidate Profile Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder relation or CSR Education: Bachelors degree in Management, Communication, Public Relations, Education, Social Sciences or a related field Skills: Public presentation and communication Partnership development and collaboration Community engagement and outreach Why Join Meratus?
