Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the document generation or document management space is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully establishing and growing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required, to meet with partners and attend industry events

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team. As the Partnership Manager for Global Channel and Document Generation Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with channel partners and resellers worldwide. Your primary focus will be to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and increase market share for Apryse Software’s document generation solutions. Candidates must be based in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners and resellers to expand Apryse Software’s global distribution network.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, resellers, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive product training, sales enablement materials, and technical support to channel partners to ensure their success in selling Apryse Software’s solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance, sales metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures to drive partner success.
  • Partner Advocacy: Act as an advocate for Apryse Software within the partner community, ensuring alignment between partner interests and the company’s objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success, to align partnership activities with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership activities, performance metrics, and business results for executive management.
