We’ve already proven that this model works. Now, we’re scaling it across Europe. About the role Your mission is clear: Build the consulting partnership category at Velory. Define the offer, shape the pitch and close flagship partners - the Big 4, top-tier strategy firms, and global system integrators - that turn consulting into a meaningful revenue engine. This includes: Build the consulting offer from the ground up - from the pitch to the commercial model Identify and prioritise leading global consulting firms and key practices within them Build relationships at partner and practice-lead level across complex global, regional and practice structures Own the full deal cycle, leading enterprise sales cycles to signed agreements Position Velory as the operating platform behind the firm's AI and transformation work, leading with AI governance and connecting it to IT, HR, employee experience, operations and sustainability Co-create offerings with partners - AI governance frameworks, agent lifecycle models and workforce transformation programs Build a repeatable consulting playbook that scales across firms and markets Bring insights from partner conversations into product, pricing, and go-to-market What success looks like: A clear, repeatable consulting offer and pitch that wins at partner level Signed flagship partners across the Big 4, strategy firms, and global system integrators Multi-year, multi-market agreements that establish consulting as a meaningful revenue stream Required Skills 8+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, or a commercial role inside a consulting firm Proven track record closing large, complex enterprise deals Experience selling to or working with global consulting firms Experience building a new offer or go-to-market motion from the ground up Credibility at C-level in conversations about AI adoption and enterprise transformation Fluent in English Nice to Have Direct experience from a Big 4, top-tier strategy firm, or global system integrator Background in AI, digital workplace, or IT lifecycle transformation Experience from a scale-up environment Additional European languages Who You Are To excel in this role, you should embody Velory's core values and bring a creative, innovative spirit to our team: Show ownership: Look at the big picture and take the initiative to contribute where needed.
