Job Overview We are looking for a driven and strategic Partnership Manager – Dealership to build, manage, and expand our dealer network. This role requires a strong balance between team leadership and individual contribution, where you will lead partnership initiatives while actively acquiring and managing key dealer relationships. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and capable of executing both strategic and operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to acquire new dealership partners and expand the dealer network Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing dealers to drive revenue growth and retention Act as the main point of contact for dealership partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction Identify business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals Monitor dealer performance and implement initiatives to improve sales volume, productivity, and profitability Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and support Lead and manage a team, providing direction, coaching, and performance monitoring Set clear targets and KPIs for both team and individual performance Stay actively involved as an individual contributor by personally handling key accounts and strategic partnerships Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and dealer needs to refine partnership strategies Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles Proven experience in dealership, automotive, or related industries is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage a team while also driving individual results Strong track record in B2B sales, partner acquisition, and account management Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Highly target-driven with a strong commercial mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions Willingness to travel and engage directly with dealership partners
Responsibilities
