Job Description We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Partnerships Manager to lead the development of corporate partnerships in Indonesia, expanding our market presence and driving new member acquisition through high impact collaborations. Develop and execute a partnership strategy in line with business objectives, KPIs, and growth targets. Identify and engage potential partners to build strong relationships and expand our network. Create compelling partnership proposals, including financial modelling and business cases. Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements that deliver mutual value. Oversee partner onboarding and coordinate joint go to market initiatives. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure partnerships support wider business goals. Maintain and grow partner relationships to drive long-term performance and impact. Qualifications Proven experience in corporate partnerships sales or business development Proactive and self-motivated, confident in initiating and prospecting leads to develop new corporate partnership opportunities Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial agreements and delivering measurable growth results Experience creating business cases, proposals, and financial modelling for partnership opportunities Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong command of written and spoken English Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.
