ABOUT THE JOB

We are rapidly expanding and seeking a proactive, results-driven Partnership Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships within the HR SaaS landscape.
As a Partnership Manager you’ll be responsible for growing our revenue by connecting with the right partners and finding ways to create value together.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or HR technology industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships, with tangible results in revenue generation, market expansion, or brand awareness.
  • Deep understanding of the HR SaaS landscape, including key players, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and build consensus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners at all levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Solid business acumen, with the ability to analyze market opportunities and develop strategic partnership plans.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for building successful partnerships.
  • Given that Jibble is available in most major languages, proficiency in any non-English language, particularly Spanish, would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and cultivate potential partnership opportunities with complementary businesses, technology providers, and industry influencers within the HR SaaS space.
  • Evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit, market potential, and alignment with Jibble Group’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and contract development, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a primary point of contact and fostering open communication.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and collaborative initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of partnerships, providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and address any challenges or conflicts that may arise within partnerships, seeking mutually agreeable solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Represent Jibble Group at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing the company’s expertise and building brand credibility.
