JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and result‐driven Partnership Manager responsible for driving revenue through B2B & B2C sales closures, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing long‐term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong sales closer with experience in the Immigration or Real Estate industry and the capability to fuel business growth in existing and new markets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 4–5 years of hardcore sales experience in Immigration / Real Estate industry (mandatory).
  • Skills: Excellent convincing, negotiation, and deal‐closing abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Urdu, Russian, and Arabic will be a strong advantage.
  • Self‐motivated, energetic, and willing to work in a fast‐paced and growth‐oriented environment.
  • Ability to travel locally/internationally as per business requirements.

  • Identify, develop and close B2B & B2C partnership opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to convert leads into closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans focused on driving business migration and real estate projects.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand presence.
  • Monitor competition, market trends, and generate insights to develop new business initiatives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention through proactive account management and communication.
