Develop and manage partnership marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement Build and maintain relationships with partners, including regional system integrators, digital agencies, and consultants Audit the existing developer program experience and identify areas for improvement Design, build, and deploy strategic marketing communications to support the developer lifecycle Take ownership of developer-focused platforms, enhancing architecture, content, and SEO Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and lifecycle communications for developers Manage Developer Meetup events, including invitations, logistics, and execution Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives Create marketing toolkit content to help developers promote solutions on their own channels Work closely with data and analytics teams to track performance and optimize strategies Shape partnership marketing strategies to fuel business growth and engagement, collaborating closely with Sales and international marketing teams. Develop joint co-marketing initiatives with external partners and merchants, ensuring win-win outcomes for both sides of our network. Launch and execute integrated campaigns across owned, paid, social, and partner channels. Oversee the creation of compelling assets, and coordinate with Legal, Marketing Operations, and agencies to deliver on time and at the highest quality. Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring co-marketing investments deliver strong ROI. Leverage data and analytics to build business cases, identify the right targeting, measure campaign impact, and optimize strategies for the future. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, partnerships, or co-marketing, supported by a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Proven experience creating co-marketing programs that drive measurable ROI. A self-starter mindset, with the creativity to design innovative campaigns that stand out in the market. Strength in both concept development and flawless execution, with an eye for detail and quality. Excellent stakeholder collaboration and relationship-building skills, enabling you to align internal and external teams around shared goals. Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken). Experience in fintech, finance, or e-commerce industries. Exposure to regional or international marketing initiatives.
