Responsibilities

THE ROLE AND WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Partnership Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and overseeing the development of sponsor-specific marketing plans. This role involves managing branded partner elements across various UFC assets and supporting the day-to-day needs of UFC’s partners. You will act as the primary liaison for partnership marketing and fulfillment, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for UFC’s sponsors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exceptional Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, including execution of promised deliverables, focus on renewal opportunities, relationship building, and providing weekly and monthly program progress reports.
Partner Integration: Manage partner integration of live events, Contender Series, and other fight series.
Tracking and Reporting: Track all assets, produce recaps, and generate reports via Account Plans.
Client Onboarding: Create and drive new client onboarding based on the current processes to ensure consistent client management globally.
Promotional Programs Management: Manage the creation, implementation, and strategic management of UFC promotional programs and activations with both new and existing partners, on-site and off-site.
Research and Activation Concepts: Analyze research findings and identify activation concepts that align with the brand, support partners’ marketing objectives, and drive business results.
Fulfillment Activities: Manage all fulfillment activities based on client contracts to ensure that all elements are delivered in a professional manner.
Contract Renewal Support: Support the renewal process for each partner contract and identify/pursue additional revenue opportunities.
On-Site Event Assistance: Travel to select events to assist on-site.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders for partner approvals and alignment of programs and initiatives.
Industry Trends Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices, and new media marketing efforts.
Self-Development: Develop self to improve performance in the current role and prepare for future roles; seek and provide feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
Additional Projects: Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
