Who You Are You are a strategic relationships expert who owns post-sale success: onboarding, KPI delivery, renewals, expansions and collections. You use AI-assisted documentation and contract management, align internal teams, and obsess over retention and NRR. You are client-first, organized, and commercially sharp. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners; manage onboarding, delivery milestones and ongoing KPI tracking. • Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs and renewal cadences (AI-assisted); maintain audit-ready contract register. • Collaborate with Finance on billing/collections and with Product/Execution on delivery, escalating risks proactively. • Run quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins and partner enablement/training where needed. • Surface upsell and expansion opportunities and support pricing proposals and negotiations. Must-have qualifications • 4+ years’ experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships with demonstrable retention/renewal outcomes. • Strong commercial instincts—experience with renewals, billing coordination and collections workflows. • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation skills, and familiarity with CRM and contract registers. Nice-to-have • Experience in SaaS, digital health, or enterprise partnerships. • Familiarity with NRR/NRR forecasting and partner enablement programs. Compensation & performance bonuses Base fee: USD $750 - $1000 per month (depending on experience).
