We are seeking a talented Partnership & Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin.

We seek a motivated Partnership & Sales Development Manager to support our partnership strategy and drive business growth. In this role, you will manage day-to-day relationships with our partners, enhance partner performance, and acquire new partners. You will collaborate closely with our data and CRM teams to optimize partner offers and ensure effective data management as well as reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ideal: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Native German speaker or at least C1 level

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop day-to-day relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Prepare and present partner performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities with partners, aligning with marketing and CRM teams.
  • Analyze partner offers and suggest improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize overall partner revenues as well as revenue per partner.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with existing and potential partners to maximize value. Ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue potential partners that align with our business goals.
