Great, because Rausgegangen needs your support. We are immediately seeking a full-time employee in Berlin who will be responsible for sales and partner support in the East region (hubs Berlin and Leipzig) and who will bring the ideal event organizers into the Rausgegangen ecosystem.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for revenue and network growth in Berlin & Leipzig.
• You identify relevant cultural institutions – from booking agencies to theaters and the independent scene – and establish collaborations.
• You use your existing network in the cultural landscape to get event organizers excited about Rausgegangen.
• You conclude media, marketing and ticketing partnerships.
• You build trusting relationships, support our partners from onboarding to deal closing, and develop them further in the long term.
• You will work closely with the team, contribute ideas from the region, and further develop our platform together.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in sales or key account management – ​​ideally in the cultural, event or creative industries.
• You have already built up a good network in the cultural scene and are well connected there.
• You can think strategically as well as implement operationally – with a good feel for people and markets.
• You have strong communication skills, a convincing demeanor, and feel comfortable in negotiations at the decision-maker level.
• You work independently, are goal-oriented, and love building things.
• You have very good German language skills (C2)
