We’re looking for a Partnership Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building meaningful relationships, and knows how to close high-impact deals. You’ll take the lead in identifying and securing strategic partnerships within our Rugby Development team that supports the growth and sustainability of rugby at grass roots level.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Source, pitch, and secure sponsorships and partnerships that support development initiatives
• Help design, manage, and execute unique experiences and events that drive additional revenue
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of B2B prospects through proactive outreach and relationship building in order to achieve sales revenue targets
• Support the development and delivery of impact reports to existing clients, and internal stakeholders
