Job Description The Senior Manager leads the overall strategy and execution of merchant acquisition and partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen Indodana’s market position. This role requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to build high-impact partnerships while developing a capable team to deliver sustainable business results. Develop and execute partnership strategies to strengthen Indodana’s market presence and drive revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and brand partners, ensuring long-term collaboration. Lead negotiations to secure marketing funds, promotional subsidies, and co-branding opportunities Oversee and guide the Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and merchant programs. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Tech) for seamless program/product implementation. Monitor account performance, analyze data, and optimize partnership outcomes. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to build a capable and result-oriented partnerships team. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Management, or related fields. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Work Experience Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role. Proven track record in leading large teams, developing business strategies, and consistently achieving revenue targets. Extensive knowledge of fintech, banking, e-commerce, and retail ecosystems, with strong awareness of market trends and competitive dynamics. Experience in high-level negotiations and building long-term strategic partnerships with national or corporate merchants. Core Competencies Strategic Leadership: Strong capability in setting business direction, resource planning, and decision-making at a senior level. Team Development: Ability to coach, mentor, and build a leadership pipeline for organizational growth. Business Acumen: Analytical and critical thinking skills to translate insights into strategies and results. Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships with C-level partners, principals, and internal executives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Adept at working with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Additional Skills Digital Proficiency: Advanced in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting, analytics, and strategic presentations. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to secure impactful partnerships. Networking: Proven experience in fintech, retail, and multimedia to unlock new business opportunities. Language Skills: Fluent in English (oral and written) for effective business communication.
