Job Description

• Identify, engage, and close strategic partnerships aligned with Finfra’s growth goals.
• Develop and execute an optimized engagement strategy, driving at least 20% improvement in funnel conversion.
• Build relationships with high-potential partners and coordinate alignment with CEO and CPO.
• Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and report to the management
• Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal to ensure partnerships are structured for long-term success and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Finfra in external partner meetings, industry events, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the network.
• Stay updated on fintech trends, market dynamics, and regulatory updates relevant to embedded lending and payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Sales, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in the fintech lending, payments, banking, or embedded finance space.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Highly proactive with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and listening skills — able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of loan products, embedded finance platforms, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
