WHAT’S THE POSITION?

Do you have a passion for partnerships, activations, and supporting the growth of a dynamic brand at the intersection of sports betting, gaming, and entertainment? We’re looking for an energetic Partnerships and Business Development Associate to play a key supporting role within our fast-paced, results-driven business development team.
You’ll work with our Business Development team to assist in identifying, activating, and managing strategic relationships that drive revenue and expand market reach. This is a high-visibility, entry-level opportunity where you’ll be on the front lines of forging new alliances, executing partner programs, and contributing to the company’s most important growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an outgoing self-starter who thrives in the field as well as at HQ. The role requires the flexibility to perform on-site activation work (mostly nights and weekends), attend partner events, and travel as necessary to support both new and existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Identification & Prospecting
  • Assist in researching and identifying potential partnership targets
  • Participate in outreach efforts and help schedule introductory meetings
  • Sales & Proposal Support
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create pitch decks, sales materials, and business proposals
  • Support deal negotiation processes by preparing materials and assisting with internal alignment across departments
  • Partner Activation & Event Execution
  • Play a hands-on role in setting up, managing, and overseeing partner
  • Assist in delivering best-in-class partner experiences through seamless event operations
  • Relationship Management & Internal Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (product, compliance, legal, data analytics, and marketing) and external partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables and partnership goals
  • Help track key deliverables, contracts, and partner onboarding checklists
  • Data Tracking & Reporting• Maintain partnership performance trackers and update internal dashboards with KPIs including event engagement metrics, app activations, and revenue contribution data

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in partnerships, sales, marketing, event activation, or a related field.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in a professional or internship setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sports betting, gaming, or experiential events industries is a plus.
  • Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as necessary.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends based on event activation schedules.
