Description

Pollinator Partnership (P2) is seeking an experienced and passionate professional who possesses the skills to coordinate fundraising and partnership activities for a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to supporting the mission and values of P2.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in fundraising, development, philanthropy, grant writing, nonprofit management, or equivalent relevant work experience (2+ years’ experience preferred)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, resourceful and adaptable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM systems (especially Bloomerang) is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS AND TECHNICAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have the ability to input data, read computer screens and printed material, communicate effectively in-person, via phone, videoconferencing and e-mail, and operate office equipment.
  • Primarily sedentary work with occasional standing, walking, stooping or crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, grasping, and lifting. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs.
    Compensation: $57,000-$67,000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
