Partnerships and Marketing Assistant We are looking for a Partnerships Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Partnerships team and play a key role in creating impactful marketing materials and reports that drive brand collaborations and revenue growth. This role is a fixed-term contract until October 2026. Please support your application with a cover letter and/or portfolio. About the Role As a Partnerships Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the marketing function within the Partnerships division, working closely with both Brand Partnerships and Corporate Services teams. You’ll help produce engaging collateral, manage content, and deliver insights that showcase the value of our campaigns. This role offers exposure to luxury brand marketing and involvement in high-profile partnerships and events. Key Responsibilities: Create marketing presentations, one-pagers, and sales collateral to support brand partnerships. Track and report footfall metrics and campaign performance. Assist with email and web marketing, including content updates and analytics. Manage the Partnerships Marketing content calendar and digital assets. Support event planning and execution, including photography shoots and brand showcases. This role requires full flexibility across the working week to accommodate early shoot times across our Hammersmith and Knightsbridge sites. Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs. About You You will be a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and brand development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships will help you succeed in this collaborative role. You should have: Proficiency in design tools and content management systems. Strong analytical skills for reporting and campaign analysis. Flexibility to attend occasional out-of-hours photography shoots.
