ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our high performing B2B sales team, part of our business development function that is central to our growth strategy and instrumental in driving more audiences into Theatre.
The candidate will maintain, develop, and execute our B2B distribution strategy and growth plans. You will have superb relationship skills and a commercial instinct to maximize sales and target growth. You will have a key part in developing our B2B strategy and pipeline of targets. We are looking for someone who can strategically and commercially developing a valuable portfolio of new clients and take exceptional care of our existing clients.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in securing new contracts with OTAs, Tour Operators and Wholesalers in key international markets, including North America, Asia, and Europe. The ideal candidate will already have a strong network in these regions and established relationships with stakeholders ranging from Sales Teams to C-suite level. A strong contact book and proven ability to navigate these markets are essential. This role requires international travel, and candidates must be willing and able to drive overseas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will devise and execute our B2B Distribution strategy, driving pipeline development, and B2B sales and marketing strategies.
  • Deliver against sales targets through account development and new business conversion.
  • Consolidate our existing partnerships and create targeted sales plans for relevant market segments, you will shape and execute our pipeline based on those targets.
  • Pro-actively target sales leads and convert driving incremental market reach and sales across our portfolio.
  • Responsibility for onboarding new partners, ensuring all areas of the business are briefed where required.
  • Generating awareness across relevant marketplaces through B2B marketing and effective networking.
  • Ensure all elements of B2B reporting are up to date, such as commissions, contacts and contracts.
  • Proactively work with the Business Development team, Ticketing Operations team and wider Commercial teams to ensure sales are maximized and planned out for optimum sales delivery.
  • Assessing partner needs and recommending the most effective ticketing solutions, including API, white label, and/or booking portals, ensuring each solution is commercially sound and operationally viable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to scope, plan, and implement integration solutions, thinking creatively to tailor approaches that align with both business and partner objectives.
  • Develop and grow partnerships through effective account management and deliver client’s business requirements on our central roadmap.
  • Identify key industry events and membership organisations for business development and networking.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge in industry trends, market outlook and development and competitor activity.
